The Group will present its latest products and services at one of the sector’s most important trade fairs nationwide
With over thirty years of experience in which the quality and sustainability of the materials has prevailed, the company is moving forward with its international expansion by distributing to major European companies
The Dimoldura Group is to participate at the Fimma-Maderalia trade fair (38th International Trade Fair of Machinery and Tools for Furniture, Carpentry and Decorating – Fimma and the 38th International Trade Fair of Materials and Components for Furniture, Carpentry and Decorating – Maderalia), to be held at the Feria Valencia from 6 to 9 February.
The trade fair is one of the most important dates for the wood, carpentry and decorating sector nationwide and a point of reference for opinion leaders, decorators, carpenters, interior designers, architects and professionals in installation and the furniture industry. Dimoldura will present its latest developments in products and services at its stand (Hall B2, Stand N3-P6 – I137).
The company was founded in 1996 as a manufacturer specialising in mouldings, although its owners already had a presence in the sector long before. In just a few years, it expanded its product catalogue and introduced doors, thanks to the acquisition of Puertas Carsal (Etxarren Arakil, Navarre) in 2014, Portadeza (Lalín, Pontevedra) in 2015 and Puertas Dimara (Quintanar de la Orden, Toledo) in 2017, forming the Dimoldura Group.
Through these acquisitions and its Portuguese subsidiary, located in the Portuguese municipality of Carregal do Sal, the company became the Spanish market leader in the manufacture of doors. The four companies focus on the B2B business in the construction, DIY and decorating sectors, and together they manufacture most of the production in Spain and are in the process of expanding internationally.
The Dimoldura Group closes 2017 with a consolidated turnover of over 50 million euros
With this industrial structure, the business group has a production capacity of over 800,000 doors per year. Its global consolidated turnover closed at above 50 million euros in 2017.
The Group currently designs, manufactures and sells interior doors, technical doors and mouldings. Regarding interior doors, Dimoldura has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of laminate, lacquered and wooden versions, in which quality materials that respect the environment are used. In its catalogue of technical doors, it offers a range of HPL, fire, acoustic, RX and security doors. As for mouldings, the strategy is to offer a global solution, from the design and development to the manufacture and sale of the widest variety of MDF mouldings, with natural sheet metal, paper and pre-composite coatings, as well as profiles and accessories for doors.
The aims of the Dimoldura Group are to be a full-service supplier that can offer a very competitive price and speed in manufacture and delivery, in addition to quality; to strengthen its expansion project by conquering international markets; and for the four companies that make up the Group to specialise in the design, development and manufacture of doors and mouldings, always adapting to the needs of the market.
